Major additions to House Price Finder. Every figure on the site comes from official
public data — each page says exactly what its numbers mean and where they apply.
August 2026
The whole UK, one site
The biggest month since launch. Scotland and Northern Ireland go from council-level averages to complete coverage — 530 postcode district pages, over 108,000 street pages and detail pages for every property the public data reaches, with crime, deprivation, broadband, schools, demographics and planning maps throughout. England & Wales gain a page for every one of their 750,000+ streets. And the whole site moves to one faster, cleaner card-based design, with full-postcode search working in all three nations.
July 2026
Fresh data, faster platform — and the first step beyond England & Wales
Sold prices refreshed to June 2026 on a rebuilt data platform: property search restored and faster, pages lighter, energy performance details back on every property page. Average prices for every Scottish council area and Northern Ireland district arrive, searchable from the main search box.
April 2026
The blog launches
Market analysis begins, starting with a look at how record supply handed spring 2026 buyers the upper hand.
March 2026
House Price Finder launches
Complete England & Wales coverage from day one: sold prices for every postcode district, town and county; property pages with full sale history and an instant valuation estimate; schools with Ofsted ratings; crime, broadband, planning and neighbourhood demographics; and a stamp duty calculator.
Coverage differs by nation because the underlying public data does: England & Wales
publish individual sold prices, Scotland and Northern Ireland publish official
statistics instead. Each page explains its own figures. Questions or corrections:
